Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-13-24 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference a theft investigation. Thanks to a tip the person was identified as Dari Lynn Hoosman DOB 8-10-69. On 3-31-24 Hoosman was placed under arrest on a warrant for Theft in the 4th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
