Tip Leads to Arrest
On 2-13-22 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Curtis John Porter DOB 10-24-84 in the 900 Block of Wellington Street. Porter was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on a warrant for a Probation Violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
