Tip Leads to Arrest
On 11-11-20 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Chriz Hilton Wooten DOB 7-8-79 reference his warrant for Failure to Register 2nd Offense.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
