Tip Leads to Arrest
On 7-3-26, the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Christopher McCombs, in the 800 block of Washington St reference his Violation of Parole warrant.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent.
