On 11-7-19 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers, located and arrested Austin Glen Wells DOB 10-19-93 in the 1100 Block of W 4th Street. Wells was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Burglary 1st Degree, Domestic Assault Strangulation, Domestic Assault- Serious, Violation of a No-Contact Order x2, Failure to Appear, Criminal Mischief 5th Degree and Probation Violation.
