Tip Leads to Arrest
On 1-27-21 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft. On 3-8-21 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Ashley Martin DOB 12-26-86 for Theft in the 4th Degree.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
