Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-17-20 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in identifying a male reference an alleged theft at Menards. After receiving a tip the Waterloo Police Department issued a warrant for Antonio Darnell Mallett DOB 2-5-85, charging him with Theft-5th Degree. On 4-24-20 Mallett turned himself in at the Black Hawk County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
