On July 18th, 2020 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in identifying an individual reference a theft. Thanks to a tip a warrant was issued for Amber Trevino DOB 9-29-91. On 8-26-20 Trevino was placed under arrest on a warrant for Theft 4th and transported to the Black Hawk County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
