Tip Leads to Arrest
On 4-20-23 the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help reference an alleged theft from Best Buy. After receiving numerous tips the Waterloo Police Department has arrested Alison Comins DOB 5-26-81 and charged her with Theft in the 2nd Degree. Comins was also arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant (Theft 3rd Degree).
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent.
