Tip Leads to Arrests
Recently the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public’s help in an alleged theft investigation at Shoe Carnival. Thanks to a tip the female in the picture was identified as Alexis Marie Easter DOB 11-17-01. During the investigation it was determined that Colten Allen Miller DOB 4-25-02 was also involved in a theft at the time. Warrants were issued for both and MIller was arrested on 1-17-23 and Easter on 1-19-23. Both were arrested on 1-19-23 for an alleged theft at Menards in Cedar Falls.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent.
